When you create an account or use VISNIRA, you may provide information such as your email address and the content you add to the app — your tasks, habits, goals, notes, and the financial figures you choose to track. VISNIRA does not connect to your bank accounts and does not require bank logins or account linking; any financial numbers in the app are ones you enter yourself.

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate the Service reliably, such as device type, app version, and basic usage and diagnostic data.

- To personalize the guidance and recommendations VISNIRA offers you;

- Supabase — for secure database and authentication infrastructure;
- Anthropic — to power the AI Co-Pilot's guidance features;
- Apple — for app distribution and, where applicable, in-app purchases.
These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Your AI Co-Pilot
To provide intelligent recommendations, relevant information you enter may be processed by our AI provider to generate responses. We aim to share only what is needed for the feature to work, and we do not use your private content to train third-party models where we can control that setting.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@visnira.com, or by using the in-app account deletion option where available. We will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit access to it.
Children's privacy
VISNIRA is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
